Forum Members' Websites

This is a list of all known sites of PTE forum members. Some of them host slideshows not available elsewhere, and often never published on Beechbrook or Michel's site. Others are mines of resources, experiences, knowledge and interesting links.
If I forgot some website, please point out it to me.

This list would have never been published without the hard and patient work of my friend Ken Cox, who, for several years, has been collecting all these data in a special post on PTE forum.

*** means that there are slideshows to download

A

Maureen Albright, http://www.maureenalbright.com/. Personal site of one of most important authorities in international world of AV Sequences. Very interesting sections about AV and above all PicturesToExe. Unluckily it's not possible to download any slideshow by Maureen.
Last minute: just discovered this address: http://www.maureenalbright.eclipse.co.uk/sequences/, "Sequences for friends", where you can find a slideshow to download.

B
*** Patrick Bantzhaff has not an own site, but several slideshows of him can be downloaded from PBase. A visit is worth while!
*** Barry Beckham, http://www.beckhamdigital.co.uk/. A great site about photography, where Barry sells tutorials, photo devices, copyright free music and photographs. Plenty of resources for PTE users, and some original slideshows to download.
Boxig, http://www.thailandphotoalbum.com/. The site of an old and faithful friend of PicturesToExe, who has written and shares on his site an impressive number of utilities (most free) for this software, and shares them here.
Keith Biggs, http://www.btinternet.com/~peakhill/photomania.htm. Personal site, with some interesting links about photography.
Tom Buffa, http://customdigitalart.bravehost.com/, offers us his services in digital art.
Andrew Busst, http://www.imagescapes.co.nz/. Excellent pictures and wonderful panoramas, but also - at the hidden and secret URL http://www.imagescapes.co.nz/forum/forum.htm - an unique gallery of PTE forum members (only 36, but you'll find there many "historical" :) pictures, and the only image we have of Igor Kokarev, the PicturesToExe creator).
C
Gérard Chatelain, http://ge.chez.tiscali.fr, has a nice site, "Chez Bruchon", about photography and PaintShop Pro, with interesting frames and backgrounds.
*** Michel Comte (see also here), http://www.lediaporama.fr/ ("fanaphot.com" till november 2004). It's not a personal site but hosts several high quality slideshows made by himself and other (above all European) diaporamas creators, and also the unofficial PTE forum in French language. Michel has been the first in France to understand, appreciate and promote PicturesToExe, while most were skeptical about it or looked down on this little program. He is one of the main partners of Igor Kokarev in developing the software. Thank you Michel for your hard work in supporting PTE!
Don Crawford, http://www.dc2photography.com/. Advertising site of an American professional photographer.
Isabel Cutler, http://www.pbase.com/isabel95/. OK, it's not a personal site, but Isabel has near 1000 pictures here, and many are very interesting.
D
*** Desert Dave, http://www.creatingslideshows.com/. A very interesting website, with a lot of stuff, news, articles about photography and AV (but only little space dedicated to PTE). But it's a good surprise to find a large selection of slideshows to download (about 50, most made with PTE and sometimes never published elsewere).
George DeCamp (better known as "DiverX" by old PTE forum members), http://www.decamp.net/. Excellent nature shots, and obviously outstanding underwater pictures. It's a pity that his slideshows made in 2001-2002 are no more available on the Net (and a chance for me to have kept them all!).
*** Gérard Desroches, AKA Gérard de Lux, http://www.gdesroches.com but also http://diapovision.com/ ("Espace Vision", devoted to AV, diapovision in French). The two sites are extremely rich of resources: many technical articles, always very careful and clear (but several concern old "analogical" photography and slideshows), a Photoshop mini-tutorial and a lot of very useful links. There is also an important forum,"Diaporana Forum", about AV sequences in general.but very interesting for PTE users too.
*** "dilemmania"(Christopher), http://www.oldtemecula.com/pte/. Simple and clear, offers to download some useful freeware for audio and pictures, but what is more important hosts the "club 1.44", more than 12 PTE animations and "mini-shows" with a maximum size of 1.44 MB, almost all no more available elsewhere (http://www.oldtemecula.com/pte/club144/index.html).
*** Jean-Pierre Dollangère ("JPD" in Forums), http://technac.free.fr/Diaporamas/. Personal site (in French), with a lot of diaporamas made by Jean-Pierre, before with Medi@Show, and afterwards with PTE (14 dans in few months!), but always at a high level. Recommended!
E
Lin Evans, http://www.lin-evans.net/. Hundreds of good digital pictures, or better, as Lin says, of "Photo Samples", made with various techniques.
F
*** Samuel Falciglia, AKA Cici, AKA Sam Whuel, http://www.samwhuel.com/mp.html: a site with the excellent slideshows by Sam, from the first Grise Fiord till outstanding "Colours" (a masterwork!), "Amusement", "Le rêve d'un guêpe"... and several others. See and download, it's absolutely worthwhile!
*** Tony Fernandez, http://www.tonyfernandez.com/, is one of the first users of PTE (I think it was the time of v#1.xx, 1999) and the first to write a tutorial for this software. In his site you can find again some old "presentations", but they are family works, not the first (and the most interesting) slideshows, made as PTE samples and published on WnSoft site many years ago.
*** "FujiBoy" (Michel Geeraert), http://users.skynet.be/michel.geeraert/. Good site, with many excellent pictures and the author's slideshows. In Dutch (but easy to navigate even if you don't know Dutch).
G
*** Raymond Guerre, http://www.premiumorange.com/lumiere-des-cyclades/index.htm, has a nice site with many images of Cyclad Islands (Greece) and some very pleasant slideshow about the same subject.

*** Maurice Guidicelli is a well known French creator of traditional and digital diaporamas, who created in 2002 the site Diaporama Créatif Court Numérique, dedicated to digital slideshows in a general manner. Initially skeptical about PTE, has become a faithful supporter of this software. This site is now managed together with Laure Gigou, another creator of excellent diaporamas, and offers to download now more than hundred high quality slideshows that participated to French or international competitions (see here), and also some old "analogic" AV shows converted in digital format and sometimes patiently restored. Thanks Maurice, thanks Laure!

H
Vikki Hansen, Lifetime - Enhancement and restauration. Personal and commercial site, with very interesting examples or colouring and restauring ancient pictures.
L
*** Daniel Laugier (AKA Dadou) has a personal site, http://daniel.laugier.free.fr, with several beautiful slideshows of him (which are often real lessons about PTE resources) .
*** "lightning98" (Kerry Rosbrook-Shipman), http://shipper18.tripod.com/, was a very active forum member till two years ago. She has a little website with one slideshow and a small "Digital Photography Course" with some useful advices.
N
*** Roger Neukens (AKA Netty), http://www.neukens.com/diaporamas.htm, has a very pleasant site (in French), with his beautiful and original high-level slideshows. To see!
*** Paul Newsom, http://homepage.ntlworld.com/paul.newsom/index.html, have a nice site with four beautiful slideshows and several good photos. He was unknown by us, because he never posted a message in a forum.
O
James O'Rear, http://www.orearviewoftheworld.homestead.com/. Very good professional photographer's website, with many pictures.
R
*** Al Robinson, http://www.alrobinson.com/. He is at present the most active member of the PTE forum; in his personal site has several pictures of his travels, a slideshow and the excellent PTE tutorial quoted in another page of this site.
S
*** Jean-Marie Sals, http://jeanmarie.sals.free.fr/. An interesting site, with many photographs and several very good slideshows.
*** Luigi Sartori, http://www.lusar.it has a very well made website in Italian and in English, with selected, very nice photographs and three excellent PTE slideshows. To see!
Sam Short, http://www.samshortphotography.com/default.htm is a professional photographer, and her website is a showpiece of the type of photography she does.
Mitchell Silver, http://www.maui2000.com/index.htm, A great collection of pictures from Hawaii.
*** Cindy Singleton, http://daydreamsart.com/index.html, is an experienced professional photographer who has a very nice collection of her work about creative wedding and portrait photography, and four PTE shows at http://daydreamsart.com/slideshows/index.html.
Jim Spears, http://kayakdiver.com/. Diving, underwater photography, kayaking in Hawaii. Many excellent pictures in Photo Gallery.
Paul Staff, http://www.postcd.de/index.html. Hambourg pictures screensaver.
T
Clive Timmons, http://homepage.eircom.net/~clivedsl/. Wedding gallery, home portraits by a professional photographer.
"Tripstrilles", http://www.tripstrilles.de/. Several beautiful pictures of Nepal.
Richard Tucker, http://www.rtfract.com/. A very interesting site about multimedia, with sections devoted to photography, computer graphics and slideshows (both traditional and digital). Recommended!
W
Liza Wallis, http://www.lizawallis.com/. Plenty of excellent BW and colour pictures of various subjects.
Mary Warner, http://www.mhwarner.com/. A professional photographer's site with many interesting pictures (especially panoramas and B&W infrared).
Sharon Webb, http://www.fractalus.com/sharon/. Outstanding fractal images.
Ron West, http://www.ronniewestdigital.co.uk/ has a very interesting website, with many excellent pictures and several high quality Photoshop/PTE tutorials sold as CD-DVD video at a very low price. Worth a look!
Ron Wilkinson ("ronwil"), http://ronwil.statacom.net/index.html. Personal site of the doyen (I think) of PTE forum, since he was born in 1922. It has a gallery of excellent pictures.
